My housemates a bit over work at the moment. You have good days, and bad ones. But today wasn’t such a bad day overall because she came home with her eye on two pairs of shoes, a top and a hat. Love a little bit of online browsing. Especially on a Friday. So . . . I tweeted this ‘I’d be interested to see a trend report on the relationship between online shopping and job satisfaction.’ And Dan did this:

I love this world. Follow the cheeky editor, colourist and ampersand lover here, or here.

Hey guys, check out our films website here. Make sure you head to the Gallery for some awesome stills by Clare Plueckhahn. A massive thanks to Miss M Clapcott who put together the site. So talented.
Here’s a bit of a sneak preview. These are all from Hawaii. We’re launching the film on the Rip Curl Pro weekend in April next year, up at Torquay, and soon after down in Melbs.

As you may have noticed I’ve been pretty absent of late. My blog posts have been few and far between. The main reason for this is that I’m working on a film. A surf documentary to be precise. Clare Plueackhahn, Clare Gorman and I are following three Phillip Island locals, India Payne, Jess Laing and Nikki van Dijk on their journey to become professional surfers. We’re documenting the everyday trials and tribulations of surfing and being a teenager. At the moment we’re shooting in Hawaii. So stay tuned for some wicked snaps and stories.

Since I got my iPhone in Feb I think my general knowledge has improved. Mainly because when I don’t know the meaning of a word I’ll google it. The other night I googled entrecôte and learnt about premium cuts of beef. And this morning I had to google Meme. Because I knew, but I didn’t know, that a meme is a postulated unit of cultural ideas, symbols or practices, which can be transmitted from one mind to another through speech, gestures, rituals or other imitable phenomena. Check out 2009′s best of. Gold.
